Strength-101 Class

Build Confidence. Boost Strength. Have Fun!

Our Youth Strength Class is designed to help young athletes and fitness enthusiasts build strength, improve coordination, and develop healthy habits in a fun, supportive, and safe environment!

What is it?

Age-appropriate (11-14 years old) strength training instruction with a focus on the Five basic movement patters. (Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, and Carry). Fitness challenges to help boost confidence. A demand is placed on safe technique and execution.

What isn't it?

Our program increases overall fitness. This is not intended to improve specific sport performance. We will not teach kicking a soccer ball, shooting a basketball, or performing muscle ups/handstands. We will look to improve posture & body awareness. Building resilience & mental toughness are inherent, while reducing the risk of injury outside of the gym.

What's the fine print?

** $50/Student for Current FIVE Families; $65/Student for Non-Members**. Like our General Classes this has an enrollment cap (10) to ensure safety and quality instruction. Our next session will run December 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2024 from 9-10am. Email us at thefivegym@gmail.com to enroll.
